通常都喝这一款，身体不适的时候尤其要煮来喝，会很有帮助。
I usually drink this one, especially when I'm feeling unwell - boiling it instead of brewing. It's very helpful.

Honestly, I loved this tea! It was super smooth and refreshing. After drinking it, I felt like my mouth and body were just lighter. Really hit the spot!

I highly recommend this tea! I was feeling a cold or flu coming on, run down, runny nose, sore throat, headache, etc. I drank a cup of this tea in the morning and a cup at night and the next day, I woke up feeling totally fine. This has happened on three separate occasions, so it wasn’t just a fluke, it’s the real deal! As a former teacher, I’d highly recommend this tea for all teachers, preschool workers, & moms in particular, but everyone would benefit from it!
